Cannot say enough thank you to everyone helping me with this project. Graham helped me to select the best materials I desired; Katie, the front office lady arranged the installation phases seamlessly and always ready to answer my questions ; Justin, amazing project manager, although having multiple projects on hand, still managed to visit the site every day to fix unexpected issues, control the process of the project and was very patient to listen to my concerns. Alex and his partner , the installation team, worked from 7:30 till 10:30 , finished the installation with real craftsmanship. Justin and Jeff closed the project with their magic touch. Robert and his "sidekick" did a wonderful job on the floors on my entire first floor. These oak floors were stained, scratched, were dark between the boards and very yellowish in color. The area had lots of nooks and crannies that need attention. The refinished floors are simply stunning. The floors look brand new! The cost was reasonable and less than other companies bid. The crew was on time every day, kept the work area clean, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. I have used Floor Crafters several times to replace the carpeting on several floors of my house at different stages and spread over several years. They were able to closely match the original hardwood flooring where there are no observable differences in the wood batches. Also, I love how tardy they are (unusual amongst contractors!), the office staff especially Katie, were awesome. The project manager Justin was also exemplary in his customer support. I just had Floor Crafters install a second floor for me. This time it was the entire house in an older home. We are 100% satisfied with the quality of the work it did. I hired Floor Crafters to replace the tile in my kitchen and refinish my wood floors, including some patch work. The finished result looks fantastic and I truly love how everything came together. The tile installation was excellent. The installer communicated clearly, explained the plan for cuts and grout lines, and delivered a clean, level result that blended in well with the existing tile. The wood refinishing had some issues at first. The subcontractor who initially handled it, Victor, left the transition between the tile and wood uneven and unfinished. He also dropped my table and spilled stain onto my grass. I would not recommend hiring Victor for any flooring work. Thankfully, the company corrected the issues. Justin came out, communicated professionally, and fixed the problem the right way. He replaced the wood piece next to the tile, painted and polished it to match, and left me with extra materials for future use. The final product is exactly what I hoped for, and I appreciate the effort it took to make it right. While I would encourage others to ask specifically who will be doing the work, I am very happy with the outcome and glad I stayed patient through the process.
